Don’t pay them anything nor give them any personal document. CapitalXP are a bunch of scammers ripping people off. Once you pay them kiss your money good bye. Don’t even try to get it back. They think out false names, false e-mails and use roaming numbers. I have learned an expensive lesson.

They promised annual report, nothing happened. And I can’t find such. It is a bunch of liars, and those of you who got something back, just take the rest before they change their mind. The company is reported to severeal international scam investigators. Take your money and run!

I lost 250 USD deposited in 2 days, then I deposited another, and lost it in 2 days too. I do a better work trading on my demo app than them. I made a huge mistake ever joining them last year. I have all the recordings of my conversation with them, screenshots and everything. I knew they were scam though, but they were convincing enough especially Jason (I know that isn’t his real name though). If you are considering them, kindly know you are doing so at your own risk.

i only registered through website, after i provided phone number, a guy kept calling me to push me to pay deposit. He sounded really pushy, even though i said if i want to activate my account i will make deposit. He never let go

Yip having the same experience. Would not let go. They using different roaming numbers so that you are tricked into taking the call. Is there a way to unsubscribe from the account. I have not traded as yet.

I invested $300.00 along with all the paper work/ documents that they wanted, they took the money then told me i didnt have enough documents, so i asked for them to refund my money which they then said they cant refund the money because i dint submit the right documents. the documents were utility bills, what they asked for. i logged a claim to get my moeny back which they cancelled my claim. then a Robyn Perez became my account manager, she said to email for her for help. i asked her to help log int my account, which she replied she was ready when i was, and she is here to help. then i replied " great help me get my money back. now that email address no longer exists. Now this is a legit review and comments. when i go into my account to look they have taken the money as fees.

Agree with the reviews below. I lost 250 euro. It’s deffinitly a scam. My experience was with Helen Parsons. I am happy it didn’t work for her to make me put more more in. So watch out, they are frauders!

I was just about to make a deposit with them, trading via a software called ***.There are so many positive reviews about this particular software, however, they work with various brokers and Capital XP is one of them. The guy on the phone basically would not let go of me until I make a deposit. The thing is, these softwares, you dont know who owns them, Capital XP is unregulated, I have been told that one can make an EFT deposit via South African banks and that it takes literally 3 to 24 hours to make a withdrawal. I am sooo glad i came upon these reviews. Thank you guys for putting it out there, saving others from being scammed. I hope you guys get your monies back. I have been vicitim of online scams too so I know how it feels.

They are dodgy, avoid at all cost, totally agree with reviews below. This is a total scam and they keep your money. You cannot withdraw and they are all fraudsters, do not fall for this.
