Going by the name of GlobalAnalyst, the tool helps investors improve their international portfolio diversification by discovering undervalued companies with greater growth potential.
Investment choices from more than 135 global markets
Evaluating the relative merits of stocks traded in different currencies can be challenging for investors. That is why Interactive Brokers created GlobalAnalyst.
Clients will be able to compare any number of stocks by various metrics in one of 27 currencies of the users choice. Clients can also buy and sell and follow these stocks in the currency of their choice, all in one account on one screen.
The tool allows search for stocks by region, country, industry, market capitalization, and currency as to identify undervalued stocks worldwide.
Investors can then use a number of financial metrics, such as the P/E/G Ratio, to assess whether the potential of a value stock.
The ratio is PE divided by three-year compound earnings growth rate. PEGs below 1.0 suggest a company is undervalued, while a PEG above 1.0 suggests a company that is overvalued.

The tool is better suited for any investor running a quick search for international stocks and is available free of charge for users in the United States, United Kingdom, Central Europe, Western Europe, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, and Canada.
